I further declare that upon the 16 day of March 1899 I freely and voluntarily made the foregoing statement to the Captain Superintendent of Police in Hong Kong.
And I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of Statutory Declarations Act 1885. Declared by the Declarant Li Jau Chin at Victoria, Hong Kong this Sixteenth day of March 1899 through the interpretation of Isik Shin.
